Update: I have ordered from this location many times since this review last year but yesterday was not a good experience. First I thought these places were open until 2 AM, seems I remember commercials touting that as a draw, but they are not. When I ordered I got an immediate phone call from the place making sure I placed the order and that they closed at 12 Midnight. That had never happened to me before.
While I was there several other phone calls were being made by the staff informing the customers that they closed soon and I heard the chime going off when the orders were coming in from the online orders. Since there was such a bunch of business at closing, maybe it's not a good time to be rushing people to close and pick up their orders before they close.
Lastly, the quality of the pizza and bread bites just wasn't up to pare. You could tell the pizza and the bites were rushed or the ovens had already been shut off because they just weren't cooked enough. The sauce was off too. I'm not sure what it was and I'm sure it was not because they were rushing near the end, but it just didn't taste like I'm used to, maybe a sour taste, I just can't put my finger on it.
This shop can do better because they have before many times. Closing at midnight on this day sure wasn't a good deal for many customers besides myself. Updated 26/06/2024
I like the pizza and they have not failed me yet even during a snowstorm. Everything was done fast and accurately. The staff is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've never seen a pizza this greasy. We almost didn't eat it. We shouldn't have eaten it. It made us both sick within an hour. At least it arrived on time?...
Follow-up: I returned to the store what was left of the uneaten pizza, along with the untouched cheesy bread, and the untouched brownie. I was informed they couldn't offer a refund due to it being the next day. The order was placed at 10:07pm. Delivery occurred at 10:47pm. The store closed at 11:00pm.
They offered me store credit, which is laughable, when two people were violently vomiting and scared to fall asleep due to the first order.
If this is Dominos policy, it's bad policy. If this is store policy, it's still bad policy. This food made us uncomfortably Ill. I've returned the product, and I have no intention of using whatever store credit they offer to purchase more food.
I also left my information with the store, for a manager or supervisor to call me back. That never happened.
If this was a mistake, I understand. But this level of incompetence deserves less than no stars.
Follow-up: Thanks for the response, I guess. I already left my information with a store employee when I returned the order. She wrote it down on a paper plate...
Follow-up: This is the worst place I've ever eaten, only because I haven't eaten anywhere else that made two people...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdit: No stars if I could. You would have better luck calling a cab driver to deliver you dominos from auburn. On top of the previous post below, just yesterday on March 16 my coworkers and I placed and order at 5:30, for delivery at 8:30. The order went through and the system didn't say it would be too busy, they took it and charged the card. We received no calls from anyone from the store between the time we placed the call and the delivery time. At 8:45 is, almost when our lunch break is ending mind you! We had to call THEM and ask where our food is only for the manager himself to say "we aren't delivering to you tonight" and hang up. That on top of the usual messed up orders, not giving utensils with pasta dishes (seriously lacking use of common sense right there), and general bad attitudes the workers give I dont think I'll be ordering from this specific dominos for a long while.
Often they say they are busier than they actually are, never call in if you want to place an order they will always say you need to call earlier. Called at 6:30 for a delivery at 8:30 and they wouldn't do the order. Also they are consistent at getting orders messed up. Better off ordering...
