Alright, I already left email tweet and made video on this. You want to hear a story? Here we go. We been here several times before normally it's a good decent experience today, though my blood is boiling I'm beyond angry with my service here from 2 people. First off Makayla our waitress was decent at first but went south quickly. I ordered a water with a mountain dew legendary drink from bar. It comes to table and doesnt taste right. Straight up watered down, had wife try it to make sure I wasnt wrong. After verifying waitress comes offers to have it remade which I wanted, because i figured the mountain dew soda was just needed to be changed out a easy fix. However manager lady which I didnt get ne remarks: I dont want to waste the liquor. Trying to get me to order something else. I said no its find I'll stick with my water. A out 10 mins later still waiting to order food I see the manager parade across dinning room to everyone else 3 other tables a free bud light. Not the table me, which had messed up drink. We was last, she left turned around then finally offered it. Which I'm already mad amd refused.
Now food comes like close to 40 mins later. My son's mac and cheese so hot the wife burnt her fingers on bowel. Food over all decent and normal but I'm already frustrated and wanted to go home. Because I still sitting waiting on my water to be refilled, she refilled my son's moutaindew but not my glass of ice that needed water.
Get the check, leave card tell wife how I'm not comung back i stand up waitress mikayla hands me receipt. I take it and about to sign it I hear with an attitude: You didnt have to jerk it. Which confused me because i didnt believe i dud. I told her straight up in a load tone of voice "Excuse me I did not jerk it out your hand, what about your poor service" she rolled her eyes walking away talking under her breath disrespectfully to me.
I left this place and vow I wont come back you got the last 51 dollars I'll ever pay here at this establishment. Once your people learn how to properly give excellent customer service then I will return. Because I manage 12 people at my job and anyone that did this would been fired on the spot. This entire night you want to treat people like me as trash? Fine I dont have to go back and I can tell people I know what happened.

Read moreThe first time we came by to eat here and it was empty. After 5 minutes of waiting by the host stand to get sat, no one came so we left. This time around we got sat after about 2 minutes of waiting up front, but at a table with dirty napkins and wet seats so we moved. Our server, Bonnie, came to greet us but seemed a little off the entire time. She got our drink order then another server came up to us to ask the same thing.. Bonnie comes back after 5-10 minutes with our waters. Another 10 minutes to get our one red Bull that we also ordered. Mind you, it wasn’t busy at all. We placed our order and when it finally comes out we see that one order was wrong & we were missing our carrots and celery. She wasn’t the one to bring us our food and doesn’t even come to us until we are almost done eating one of the plates. She gets to us after about 20 minutes of already having our food. We tell her one is wrong and her response is that she “thought” we told her something else and that “maybe she should’ve asked which one we wanted” We finish our food as we are waiting for our correct order to come back out and we even stack everything up for quick bussing of the table. She brings out the correct plate and LEAVES THE DIRTY ONES!!! Like we did the work for you? The entire time she was not attentive, seemed confused for no reason at all. Maybe it was a bad day? Who knows. To top everything off, as we ordered, she asks if we wanted ranch; when we got the bill at the end, we see that we are charged for 4 ranches. I feel that it is the responsibility of the server to let the guest know when there is an up charge for something like that. We also didn’t ask for 4. It was only 2 of us. Anyways.. we left Bonnie a more-than-20 percent tip because (im a server) and know that they only get paid 2.13-2.15/hour. But the service was unacceptable and will most likely not return to...
Read moreThe last two times I have gone to this establishment for lunch, myself and my colleagues have ordered from the "15 minute lunch" menu in an effort to expedite our lunch breaks. The first of these experiences took over 30 minutes to get our food, evidently because nothing was coming out of the kitchen and the wait staff was being asked to stop crowing the kitchen? This wait resulted in each of us receiving coupons for $5 off our next lunch purchases, so we went back for lunch at a later date.
On this occasion, after waiting more than 15 minutes for our food, we were told that the printer in the kitchen was not working properly. Customers who arrived after we did began to get their food while we continued to wait and it was painfully obvious that our waitress was avoiding our table because our food was still not ready. After more than 30 minutes, a manager stopped by to tell us we would be getting $5, but by the time our food was expected to be ready, I had to be back at work. Most of the tables were empty, leaving us to wonder why no food was coming out of the kitchen. I ended up cancelling my order and leaving hungry, still getting back to work 10 minutes late because I had the hopes that my food would at least come in time to put it in a box.
In short, the food is good if you have the time to wait for it, but don't expect them to follow their "15...
