Smash City — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Smash city’s grand opening in college town kicked off today and left no crumbs. The first three hours were free and they are still offering 50% off entire tickets for the rest of the day 8.30.25. I got to try the Smash City which featured grilled onions, the perfect melty cheese, two smashed patties, crisp tangy pickles, and a zesty burger sauce on a potato bun. The bun was buttery, grilled and held up the burger perfectly. 10/10 recommend for taste. Now on any other day I might find the stand alone burger for 14$ and change pretty pricy for its size, but the service was quick, the music was good and I devoured my free burger. They even threw in a drink and a chance to win free food for a year....

I always come here to smash city burgers I drive over a hour from New Orleans most of the time. Came today and was forced to order on the kiosk I usually get a plain burger meat bread ketchup. I missed the no cheese option because it was my first time ordering. Got my food only to discover cheese went back to see if I could get a no cheese burger the employee told me it was my fault and that i ordered it that way. Me and my husband ordered the jalapeño jackpot burger. I’m not a burger person, but I was like let me just try their burgers and see. I’m not a big fan of beef, but when I tasted a piece of this burger it was so delicious, lots of flavor , not overly seasoned . It was just right.. juicy and the patties were perfect not thick and too greasy. I will definitely come back when I have a taste for a burger.
