Where to start... The dining area is not neat, clean, or welcoming. I made a purchase for two meal deals and had requested ranch to be added to my bag so I can dip my food into it. I sat down waiting the time they told me it would take approximately 10 minutes and then proceeded to check my food and realized that I didn't receive the ranch I requested. I went to the service desk to which I once again requested ranch, and to which I was answer rudely what I had ordered. I proceeded to tell the lady what I had orded and she then informed me that it came with what I get. In turn refusing to give me any ranch as I had requested and that they also had on their shelf in clear view. So the possibility of not having any wasn't the issue for them. The issue is that even though I had requested and even willing to pay for said item, the lady refused to get me any. What also wasn't appropriate was how the manager didn't care to correct the issue even though she was currently present during the occurrence. Not once, but three different occasions I had requested ranch and not once, but three times I was not given ranch. Yeah it might seem petty for me to write this nasty review, however customer services is as only good as the employees working behind that counter and if customers are expected to tolerate a horrible customer service from people like that then something is wrong in this world. Last I checked it's one's job to provide good quality customer service. Also my chicken nuggets were dry even though at the same time informed that they had the sauce they come with. Read moreThis location is horrible. How are they a fast food establishment and multiple times of me coming they don’t have cups for the drinks? I had to pull up because the manager said she had to watch her drive thru time. After waiting over 28 minutes I get out and go into the establishment. It was very nasty over flowed garbage sitting by the counter where the food is being prepared then I received my food it was NOT correct. After I seen the garbage I 1st asked for a refund she said no refund was available. This restaurant needs to be closed down! I will be calling the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) that’s for sure. Y’all need to be doing some training on cleaning and customer service skills! Read moreThe cashier was texting on her phone while taking our order. Was out of some products. The drink machine was giving out water. The only drink that was working was Dr. Pepper. When I asked for a refund, the cashier told the manager she better get up there because it was gonna get crucial. The manager was trying to tell us which drink was working and to just get one of those. Im spending my money and you tell me what to get. I don't think so.
