If I could give this store negative stars I would! This has to be the worst McDonald’s on the planet. Almost every encounter is ridiculous! Being that this location is near my home , as a last resort I visit the restaurant. Several times I have stopped for something simple as coffee ...they are out of this they are out of that! My daughter orders a frappe one evening and when she got to the bottom it was plastic object lodged at the bottom. We returned to speak with management and all he had to say was that it was the tip from the syrup. Didn’t even have the decency to offer an apology! On tonight I place a mobile order , pull up the window and the cashier(who said her name was “Ebony”) who had an horrible attitude asked what did you have ma’am? I stated my order number, she replied Oh you had a mobile order....after pulling my order up she storms off saying “ oh my Goddddd! Why the Fu$! Do people wait to 12 o’clock and want to order this sh$&! I’m sitting at the window baffled! She returns about 2 mins later with the typical McDonald’s statement...”the machine is down!” 😂😂😂 I asked how would I know that my card wasn’t charged. Of course she was upset that she had to go ask the manager (Joni from what I was told) who hollered from the front as if I was aggravating her about my concern about MY MONEY! “She was not Charged, IT WAS NOT CASHED OUT! But how does the customer know that ....that isn’t stated when the order is submitted! As I pulled off I called the restaurant to get the number to corporate AND OF COURSE the guy who answered didn’t know his name, nor the number to the corporate office!...

Firstly we didn't get any of the condiments I ordered on my mobile app. Secondly, when I need a second order with my rewards points to get a quarter pounder they told me that they didn't have my order that I ordered it at a different store. I did not. When I got there and they told me that they didn't have it I tried to beg them to look at my receipt so I can prove to them that I had ordered it there because that is the only McDonald's I go to. When I finally let me come to the window they tried to give me a burger that wasn't mine when I asked them to customize it the way I needed it they said That's not how it is on the receipt I said yes if you look at my receipt she said no it's not like that on the receipt that she held in her hand. When I asked her so you do have my order she said no this is a completely different order, so I said then why can't I have what I asked for and what I have a receipt for? After losing my cool which I apologize for impromptu stated please can I have at least my condiments. She proceeded to give me the incorrect ones and walk off after being rude as hell. Read moreThe food, and hard working employees earned the stars. My elderly Father had requested a cheeseburger for dinner. I drove to the local McDonald's. When I saw 6 cars in the drive through. I thought I might save some time ordering inside. It was at about 8:15 pm. Going inside, I saw one man. He told me he had already ordered. After 2, or 3 minutes of waiting for an employee to take my order. I started the timer on my watch. The order was placed @ 08:21 pm, according to my receipt. 25 minutes later I received my food to go. All the employees were constantly working during this time. No one ever stopped working. No idle chatting, or any gold bricking. Obviously they were understaffed. Whether employees calling in sick. Or a lack of proper scheduling by management, my money is on the latter.
