We had a party of 7 in for the weekend. Atmosphere is great. The tables were a little wonky and uneven. The waiter was okay, but obviously stressed when he is running so fast the drinks clunk down on the table and he spills as he is setting them down. He was just very anxious!! We ordered 3 ribeyes, 1 medium well, 2 medium rare. The medium well was medium rare and the medium rares were medium well. I think we have all, as people in general, eaten our fare share of steaks. These ribeyes were HORRIBLE. They were the toughest ribeyes we have ever had. I get having a nice char to a steak, but these were too charred. We maybe ate half the steak and one person tried A-1 to help and that was not any better. The steak fajitas were okay, but it’s not something I would say, “Hey, let’s go back there”. For $25.50 a ribeye, you need to reevaluate where you are getting your steaks, because that was BAD! As a waiter/waitress in my younger days, we were taught to clue in to those kinds of things when the peoples plates are not empty and no to-go boxes are wanted. Also, I have never seen a bar charge $9.00 for the whiskey and a separate $0.75 for the coke to go in the whiskey. Just trying to give you a heads up, that there are too many restaurants close by to serve food like this.i don’t mind spending money for a good meal, but that $250 meal was maybe a $50 meal due to...

I've been a regular customer here for a couple of years now. It's a convenient location that is close to my job, so my coworkers and I like to pop in after work for a drink. The house margarita is absolutely amazing and is what kept me coming back. I even bring my family here when we are wanting good Mexican food and fast service. But let me say, the staff here has always been on point. They treat us like family the second we walk in the door. Last night in particular I took my daughter (4) here to eat and while we were there it began storming. I was trying to figure out how to get her, our food, and to go drinks in the truck without getting drenched. Our server (did not get his name, he was an absolute gentleman!) Promptly grabbed the drink I was holding, held my daughters hand and got her in the truck for me. I am in awe of how he went above and beyond for us. So if you're looking for great food, fast and VERY friendly service, and good drinks- you must...

Queso was recommended to me by a co-worker. I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone! I ordered the combo fajitas (chicken and shrimp) when the dish was brought out there were three(3) small strips of grilled chicken and three (3) butterfly shrimp with the shell on 🙄...and a heaping amount of onion and green bell peppers....I paid $25 for onion and bell peppers...what a shame...and it was mediocre at best 🤷🏾‍♀️...I love Mexican food and have NEVER been served such small portions... there's a reason this restaurant was empty... The bright side was the complimentary salsa and chips, which were delicious and the waitress was awesome! They will NEVER get my money again! The attached photo was taken BEFORE I took a bite and asked this waitress about the amount of chicken and shrimp... I cut the chicken up to make it feel like I had more than there...

By first time trying out the Queso tech specs restaurant. Service was excellent. Order the fish tacos. Generous piece of fish on each taco, but I wish they had a beneficial like mahi-mahi on their menu. The catfish or tilapia they used was a little too fishy for my taste for tacos. But, considering only two tacos came with the plate dinner it was still a generous piece of fish on each. I was disappointed that they did not put any queso fresco on top of the refried beans. For a restaurant with the name Queso do you think they would not overlook this which is common at every other restaurant. Service was excellent, I was dining around 4:00 in the afternoon so the place was not busy with patrons. Overall a fair experience. Service was excellent, food was okay but nothing to rave about. Found their prices a little on the high end for what was served though.

This was our first time here. While still in their "soft opening" they seemed to have their act together. There were plenty of staff on hand, we were greeted immediately at the front door and taken to a table. The restaurant was clean and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were right at the cut-off time for lunch which is 4pm and we're allowed to oder the lunch steak fajitas. They came out quick, were served as ordered and we're delicious. Somewhat different than most fajitas served locally, these had tons of onions sliced real thin and hardly any other vegetables like bell peppers. The food was great, and staff friendly. My only negative was the music, too loud and selection/type was not my favorite. Go see for yourself, we thought it was a good value.
