Wendy's — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

The Kiosk that many of us ordered food from printed no receipts. The order status board above the counter at least allowed consumers to track their orders. Once it was ready for claiming, the name of the customer rapidly disappeared before many customers could claim their food. It was happening persistently. Customers were beginning to complain. Since for many whose name had fallen off the order status board, the customers would just call out whatever their order was and they get it with no proof of purchase. Your printer did print out the Kiosk order, but the employee manning the front counter did not know what to do with it when the order status board was automatically clearing orders before customers could claim their food. As the complaints increased, the employee running the counter did not know how to manage. Garth Brooks took in a sold out crowd of 120k. There was a beach volleyball game, track n field competition, and a softball game going on. This Wendy's was not properly staffed, nor was the front counter properly run. My order was Jr Bacon Cheese Burger meal and a Dave's Classic single combo. Refunds were denied, so I left...

went on sunday last week, there was probably 8-12 customers inside with 5 or 6 employees working the front/kitchen. the doors were locked, someone unlocked it and let us in and a cashier started screaming at us telling us to get out cause they’re overwhelmed. we were pushed out and doors were locked again, we just wanted drinks. after waiting 15-20 minutes we were let in and after ordering lemonade and a frosty at the kiosk the same girl screamed through the whole place again saying ‘who just ordered on the kiosk, you’re not allowed, we don’t have chocolate only vanilla frosty’. there was no sign we can’t use the kiosk and only chocolate and orange options for frosty. we only went there cause line at the cashiers had not moved since we first got there. while getting the drinks we saw workers joking around and not working. i guess that’s why they’re overwhelmed and...

Update - 4/26 3:00 PM - Yet another fight at Wendy's. Two employees screaming at each, calling each other names, until the girl hit the guy. The guy then threw his soda on the girl, who got talk upset and threw her soda on the guy. Two other girl employees then broke it up and got the guy inside white keeping the girl out. She ran her mouth for awhile to the other two girl employees outside.
