Having been a building science practitioner and high-performance HVAC specialist who has frequented this establishment for training, I anticipated a warm reception upon my recent visit. However, my encounter with Debra left much to be desired. Her demeanor was notably rude and disrespectful, as she spoke to me in a condescending manner reminiscent of addressing a child. It is evident that her demeanor reflects a sense of dissatisfaction, making for an unpleasant interaction. It is regrettable that Lahouse chose to employ someone with such poor interpersonal skills, especially following the retirement of Dr. Claudette. I strongly advise others to steer clear of interacting with her, as she has the potential to sour your day. My hope is that she gains a greater respect for professionals within our industry.
