Today I went through the drive through and was told “no” when asking for a chicken slider. I’m all for jokes, but this “bit” went on too long, it ruined the whole experience. The associate taking my order was way too serious with it, and when asked what and why no, he replied with “what” , making ME feel stupid. This threw me off so bad, i ordered the wrong sandwiches abs forgot what I even went there for. I went back to order again, and he proceeded to do it again when I asked for a French dip. Like said above, I’m all for jokes, but when talking over a speaker, you should probably remain professional, or at least crack a laugh or something while joking as things can be misinterpreted when you can’t see the persons face. Very polite an efficient all with Genuine smiles. The food was Absolutely fresh, and Exactly how it was ordered (per unusual request within reason) Jazmyne took the initiative to remember, the condiments I had ordered and added them to my meal. I contacted the restaurant the gentleman stated he took the order he watched make the order the order is right. I asked the gentleman to speak with a manager he said speak to this and hung up.
