Arby's — Restaurant in Battle Creek

Today I went through the drive through and was told “no” when asking for a chicken slider. I’m all for jokes, but this “bit” went on too long, it ruined the whole experience. The associate taking my order was way too serious with it, and when asked what and why no, he replied with “what” , making ME feel stupid. This threw me off so bad, i ordered the wrong sandwiches abs forgot what I even went there for. I went back to order again, and he proceeded to do it again when I asked for a French dip. Like said above, I’m all for jokes, but when talking over a speaker, you should probably remain professional, or at least crack a laugh or something while joking as things can be misinterpreted when you can’t see the persons face. Jazmyne And Rudy, Are Exemplary People, An exceedingly Good at there Job, Professional an kind and quick to fulfill Order Request with diligence an patience with Not even a tone of frustration. Very polite an efficient all with Genuine smiles. The food was Absolutely fresh, and Exactly how it was ordered (per unusual request within reason) Jazmyne took the initiative to remember, the condiments I had ordered and added them to my meal. Rudy made the food as if it was his own, With obvious care of appearance an well balanced ingredients not some sloppy rush job. All my hot food was hot and all my cold food was cold. We Ordered a 2 for 5 coupon special. Wanted both sandwiches made the same way. Got home realized one was made right one wrong. I contacted the restaurant the gentleman stated he took the order he watched make the order the order is right. I asked the gentleman to speak with a manager he said speak to this and hung up. I called back several times no answer. Even though arbys doesn't close till 12am. I go to this restaurant 4x a week. I never have a problem at this restaurant.
