Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Baxter Springs

Me and my partner came in for a dine-in close to their close time, the guy taking our order noticed that we had one dollar left after ordering, we sat down and that same guy came over and asked if we wanted drinks with that, we said yes and my partner got up to go pay with a card and our server said no I’ll pay for it. Throughout our time there he was continuously nice and at the end when we asked if we could please pay for the drinks because we felt bad he of course said no. Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers big dinner box on June 16th 2024 and there was barely any pepperoni on it i paid an extra dollar to upgrade to cheese sticks and both those & the pizza had a very weird taste to it I took a bite of each and pretty much threw it in the trash I couldn't will myself to eat it the pizza was that bad I've ordered here a few times before and never had that issue but this time was absolutely garbage I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. Terrible customer service. Had a duplicate charge on my card. They were supposed to get with the manager then call me. No call, so I called them and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I explained they had my money and it was on them to get it correct. She begrudgingly said if I drove back to store she could refund it.
