Cottage Inn stole my money. I placed an order for 2 pizzas 45 minutes before they closed and it was supposed to get here by about 9pm. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive. I tried calling, but no one picked up. I tried at least ten times to get through and find out where our food was. No one ever answered. By 9:15 it still wasn't here, so we ordered from somewhere else. WELL. Turns out they did deliver it, but 9:30. The driver didn't even knock, and we didn't know the food was there. My husband found it at about 2am. Cottage Inn is REFUSING to give me back my money ($50), even though this is completely their fault. They want to give me a credit or remake the food. In this economy?? I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. NO CREDITS. NO FOOD. MONEY. I also have video of the driver dropping off the food and leaving without a knock. The person who is working today, June 14, at 1:30pm was incredibly rude and was unwilling to help me in the way I needed help. She called me unreasonable and unprofessional.

My wife and I have ordered several times and almost every single time they have forgotten something on the pizza, or you go in to pick yp or place an order and it takes 5 minutes for someone to come help you because the conversation they are having in the back with a coworker thatvyou can over hear is more important. One night 2 weeks ago we ordered a couple pizzas for delivery and was told 40 minutes. When 90 minutes went by we still haven't gotten them Soni called and was told that they hadn't even left yet for delivery. I told the guy on the phone that we would just pick them up and he said that he would give us a 15 dollar credit towards our next purchase. I’ve been a vegetarian for most of my life, so when I took a bite on my half of the pizza (the no pepperoni half) and found I ate a pepperoni I was disgusted and hurt.
