Been to this particular location many times. Even before the remodel. Never had any problems with service. It seems like the remodel has allowed for the service to go down hill. After the remodel I've had a couple of problems with staff getting my orders wrong. It was miniscule so I overlooked it. Last night though was completely unacceptable. when I ordered, I asked for my order to go. They brought it out to me and it was all in baskets for eating in the restaurant. I politely told them that I asked for the order to go. No biggie. I figured that cashier didn't hear me. Then I take my order to the car and check all my items. None of the burgers were anything that I ordered. again not that big of a deal. They were busy, I get that it happens. But when I brought my order back and asked them to remake it, they got an attitude about it. Then I bring my newly made food out to the car and inspected it again and it's still wrong. Two of the burgers were supposed have mayo, they all had mustard. I mean I spent $50 there. I would have liked to have what I asked for. If I go back, it won't be for awhile. Read moreI’m really big on customer service, so I was extremely disappointed with the staff working the windows tonight. When I reached the second window, I politely asked if I could switch my oreo Blizzard for a root beer float. The employee looked at me like I was an idiot and just shut the window. I could immediately sense her attitude, and then she yelled to the other girl in the back to come help her with the change. The other girl came up, and they both just laughed at me. After that, I was asked to move to the next window, where I was handed all my items, and both girls—one being the rude one from the first window—laughed as they gave me my stuff. They didn’t even say "have a good night" or anything. Even my 12-year-old noticed how rude they were. It’s clear these young workers need some training on basic respect and professionalism. Read moreHey there pretty good food tonight.! Had an small issue with the ordering at DQ on 7th street. The best thing about this was two different employees came out to double check our order because the paper for the chef receipt ran out. (this actually happened at venzulas garden so we already know what the deal is) After about 8 mins of waiting, they let us know what happened and we would receive our food in 10 mins. On a normal day we wait 30-45 mins there. Tonight we waited 19-20 mins tops..... (Negan voice) The chicken fried steak was DAMN GOOD.!
