Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bay City

Domino's is the best of the chain pizza options in Bay City. Store is small, with limited parking, and no dining area, but clean. Staff is efficient with take-out, and delivery drivers are always polite. Unlike the other places in town, Domino's oven actually cooks the pizza thoroughly with a regular run through the oven. Asking for well done will result in dark, crispy crust, with boiling-lava-hot cheese & toppings with hand tossed & pan pizza. Thin crust is hit or miss; sometimes its a crispy cracker with caramelized cheese & toppings, other times it could be used as a charcoal frisbee. Typical chain topping selection, nothing exotic. The pizza, sandwiches, and pasta's are good for the price point. The chicken bites & wings are underwhelming; small, chewy/fatty, and overpriced. Called to ask if they deliver to a certain location. The guy who answered sounded angry and was not pronouncing Domino's correctly when he answered. I could barely hear him due to static on their phone as well. I told him and he hung up on me. I called back to ask my question and got a very rude NO. I then asked if they honor online coupons and got another very rude NO. I said thank you and he hung up on me.

After reading the below review, I tried the online coupons again. They are now accepting the coupons as the prices are now correct. Hopefully they have addressed their Customer Service...

Dominos has been great here! I have yet to receive cold food, the gentleman who always brings our food always has a smile on his face! We do not believe a tip should be added before we get the food, we want hot pizza and fresh food, dominos has literally delivered in that aspect! The manager is awesome, the staff are amazing, I just wanted to share this feedback to let them know they’re doing an awesome job at being amazing! Never disappointed. Always on time!
