Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bay City

Editing to add: I'm not sure why this location is so awful but it generally tends to disappoint. We almost always regret ordering from this Papa John's. It seems that the customer service is always terrible. They are rude and not customer service driven. We attempted to give this location another chance but were reminded very quickly why we decided to avoid it. We ordered two pizzas, both with extra cheese, and each with various toppings. The pizzas we received had a stark contrast between them when it came to the amount of cheese. One actually looked like it was made with extra cheese while the second one didn't even have enough cheese to reach the inner edge of the crust. Instead of trying to address our concerns, they argued with my husband on the phone and hung up on him. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident and the lesson has been learned, permanently.

It's a hit or miss with this location....

Wasn't very happy with our order, it tasted okay once we reheated it in our oven, but when we picked it up it was Luke warm at best.. one of the pizzas was suppose to have extra cheese, but didn't even look like it had the regular amount, so there surely wasn't extra.. it was all just very soggy.. it's just disappointing to pay over $40 for 2 pizzas and bread and it not come...

Food is good most of the time, but they don't always participate in promo's offered by Papa John's. The worst part is that I call to ask if they don't participate, and they must not be told by their manager, but they say they do even when they do not participate. I'm missing out on great deals because my local Papa John's doesn't like the...
