Whataburger — Restaurant in Bay City

I would give them a 3 today but it's normally a 4. There were so many people working they were tripping over each over. It was moderately busy but the staff could have been better organized. It took a long time to get order. They kept not putting Hubby's onion rings in fryer. Our sandwiches were getting cool and milkshakes were melting while we waited on the onion rings. They should have had them in while making the burgers. I worked at a Hamburger place. Management needs to organize everyone better. When people have specific jobs things run smoother. Was not happy with Swiss mushroom burger. Had asked them to put tomato lettuce and pickle after I ordered it. I said it was ok if they put it in paper on the side if sandwich was already done. She told them. It wad not on sandwich or on the side. I did not like the sauce they put on it. Tasted sour. Do not go by today's post on going there. My mom and I ordered 5 sandwiches and when our order came out we were missing one of them. One of the employees, a very rude woman...tried to tell my mother that she was wrong multiple times even after my mom showed her the receipt and proceeded to show her how many sandwiches were in the bag. And when she realizes that she was the one that was wrong, my mother got no apology whatsoever. Just attitude the rest of the time. This wasn’t a kid out of high school, this was a grown woman who obviously shouldn’t be working in a customer service business if she doesn’t know how to be polite. We may have got no apology from her but the guy in charge of the fries gave us extra fries and apologized even though he wasn’t the one who made the mistake in the first place. Had to give a star but this is the worst place to go, ordered my food at 10:11 from a Keena which already had attitude due to her having to take an order and not able to conversate with a fellow employee, waited 34 mins and no order yet but miss Keena had her food sitting down eating, walked up asked about my order and got attitude from the manager on duty patrica fisher (what the name tag said) she gave me half a order that's been sitting there I said this is ridiculous and she caught attitude by yelling that's what I'm saying, while other employees stood around looking like they had no training in doing anything I asked for a refund and she basically had a bad attitude the whole time and handed me my money back with force, I recommend nobody to this location till they get full training and better staff and managers I will never be at this location again so much disrespect at this location,here we are 10:45 and...
