I would give them a 3 today but it's normally a 4. There were so many people working they were tripping over each over. It was moderately busy but the staff could have been better organized. It took a long time to get order. They kept not putting Hubby's onion rings in fryer. Our sandwiches were getting cool and milkshakes were melting while we waited on the onion rings. They should have had them in while making the burgers. I worked at a Hamburger place. Management needs to organize everyone better. When people have specific jobs things run smoother. Was not happy with Swiss mushroom burger. Had asked them to put tomato lettuce and pickle after I ordered it. I said it was ok if they put it in paper on the side if sandwich was already done. She told them. It wad not on sandwich or on the side. I did not like the sauce they put on it. Tasted sour. Do not go by today's post on going there. One of the employees, a very rude woman...tried to tell my mother that she was wrong multiple times even after my mom showed her the receipt and proceeded to show her how many sandwiches were in the bag. And when she realizes that she was the one that was wrong, my mother got no apology whatsoever. Just attitude the rest of the time. This wasn’t a kid out of high school, this was a grown woman who obviously shouldn’t be working in a customer service business if she doesn’t know how to be polite. We may have got no apology from her but the guy in charge of the fries gave us extra fries and apologized even though he wasn’t the one who made the mistake in the first place.
