Absolutely perfect spot in terms of convenience and service right at the main pool at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. If you’re looking to lounge all day without ever having to leave your recliner, this place delivers exactly that. We were lucky to have Margaret (from Poland) as our server; she was friendly, attentive, and quick to take our order. Impressively, the food arrived almost immediately. While it’s likely pre-prepared, it was still fresh, hot, and surprisingly flavorful, not always a given for poolside dining.

What really sets this place apart is the effortless experience. You don’t have to get dressed, dry off, or trek anywhere. You can just relax by the water and have a well portioned meal brought right to you. It’s the ideal solution for those pool days when you’re perfectly content where you are but still want something good to eat.

We stumbled upon the best hotdogs on Disney property at this unassuming poolside bar.

Does anyone remember what the footlong hotdogs used to taste like at Casey’s at the Bat? These ones are the closest you’ll find to that. They’re $9 a pop but are well worth it. They’re cooked to order and include the most delicious tater tots. Our group began with one person ordering one, then ended up ordering a total of five of these. They are that good!

I also tried a Piña Colada here and that was on par with the best I’ve had. My husband was also impressed with their beer offerings.
