Good place to eat. Feels like someone's home when you get to sit down and enjoy your food. Only thing that keeps me from giving it the 5th star is that the food was a bit more to the colder side. Both buffet and main dish. My ''Mofongo with Churrasco" was weirdly cold on the left side and hot in the right side. It felt like it wasn't done properly. Other than that it had a good taste. The churrasco was good. Could've used a bit more of "chimichurri". And the buffet "criollo" is good but they could serve the Mac and Cheese a bit more hot. It was cold when I started eating. The waiters are really polite and engaging. They deserved the tip. Price wise it is okay. $40 for 2 "Mofongo with Churrasco" with buffet and soda. Yesterday Sunday, I visited Bonanza in Limas Verdes, Bayamón, at 11am. The place needs cleanibg, and it had a smell of not having cleaning. The tables were not clean, and we had to ask for another, clean place to sit. The food area did not look clean either, even in the soup area, the lid fell into the container an the employee, instead of changing it, put it back in the container. In addition, the employee who was in the salad bar area was in a badmood. We know that there are few employees and that customers do not cooperate, but they must have someone checking the areas, so that they have quality service, and do not lose customers. Este buffet lleva muchísimos años y se a mantenido en pie pero necesita mejorar y darle cariño al lugar ya que lamentablemente su aspecto se ve algo deplorable. Techo roto, filtración en los techo de foam en la área del chill bar, tienen dispensadores desinfectantes para manos vacíos y no los rellenan al estar vacíos es de utilidad, moscas paseandose en los alimentos y tocando la misma, deberían de asignar una ventanilla para los alimentos y así evitar que los insectos accedan a dichos alimentos. Poca ambientación en música y programa de tv muy pobre 😥 . La comida es buenísima 👌 🤤 pero el ambiente en general para el público debería de mejorar para buen aspecto visual.🙋🏻‍♀️

UPDATE 20/2/2024 Felicito mucho la labor que han echo en arreglar los daños que apreciaba el lugar. Solo un detalle que según afirman que sí tienen siempre bebidas calientes,cuando en muchas oportunidades que e ido NUNCA tienen chocolate caliente, solo café. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Familiares y amigos dicen lo mismo y siembre que se visita no tienen chocolate caliente, solo café ☕️. Por favor si enrealidad el socio del lugar afirma que tienen la disposición de bebidas calientes como café y el chocolate caliente tengan la gentileza de tenerlos disponibles.🙏

Por último quiero añadir que insisto que deberían de trabajar en unos acrílicos en el chill bar, las moscas se merodean por todos los alimentos y es desagradable ver como la manosean.🤧 La comida es buena, deberían de considerarlo para mantener los insectos fuera de los alimentos fríos que se ven en la mayor parte del área.😐

Un dato que me gustaría que tomarán en cuenta es la maquina de mantecado, con los años que lleva deberían de actualizarse a una mejor de calidad y de mejor aspecto.🫤
