H3 Gastro Bar — Restaurant in Bayamón

This restaurant is excellent, and I’ve had the pleasure of visiting it three times, each experience leaving me impressed. It’s situated in a quiet, private area, which makes it a relaxing place to dine, and I’ve never had trouble finding parking. The service is always outstanding, with friendly and attentive waitstaff who make you feel right at home.

The menu offers a refreshing variety of dishes, each one unique and flavorful in the best way possible. I’ve never been disappointed by the appetizers, they’re always great. The drinks are wellcrafted, and you can tell a lot of care goes into preparing them.

Although I’ve never had the chance to try the desserts, I’m definitely looking forward to doing so on my next visit. Overall, this restaurant consistently delivers great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere, making it a place I’ll continue to return to.

Arrived without a reservation but the owner and hostess were very gracious and seated us immediately. Everyone was super friendly and the server was very attentive. We ordered the Charcuterie board which was delicious and plentiful. The honey coated walnuts were a wonderful addition. For dinner we had the Risotto de Azafrán and the Chicken Paiillard. Unfortunately, it is hard to find good Chardonnay by the glass in most restaurants in the island. This was not the case. H3 Gastrobar had a very nice Chardonnay plus excellent cocktails. The rosemary old fashion was smooth and smoky, the cucumber lemonade was delightful. We ordered the Coca Española and was pleasantly surprised by the right balance of salty and sweet.
