I had the most unfortunate experience at this newly open store. Only open 4 days and already poor management and staffing decisions are in place. I waited 35 minutes for an Acai bowl….yes…I said 35 minutes! But the young lady working there is NOT to blame, since the management staff had her making coffee, making acai bowls from scratch, and helping the bakery at 6PM when the store was most busy. She had a long line and 6 backed up orders. When I asked for the store manager they refused to let me see him and I spoke with a bottle-blonde young lady who claimed to be the assistant manager and gave me an attitude. Her only response was to point at the other girl who was helping the overwhelmed employee; to my surprise (not!) she didn’t even know that the girl she pointed at was only on the register and was not trained to work with food items. My advice as a past retail store leader: manage your staff, manage your schedules, know your team, understand how the entirety of your business is operating during peak hours, and have CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES and the angry (yet rightfully dissatisfied) customers who waited 35 minutes for a 13...

Do not eat their prepared foods. Butcher does an excellent job. Canned foods are overpriced. Alcohol and ice sell at a competitive price. Watch your step accompanying anyone with the cart to the bathroom, store staff will ask to keep the cart and request it argumentatively. No lobster or fresh salmon on site. Calling the store will not get you very far unless you call after they have placed orders of new things for the store. Great roses and plants. Cheap red onions.

Cashier on register 5 will slam your wine bottles and have a huge attitude problem. Cashier was female over 60 years old. There was a younger one next to her that was equally awful. Since they offer coffee n breakfest I decided to give them a try, experiance terrible. Served breakfest cold, told manager has reaction was how could it be, began to eat egg powered, bacon semi raw coffee watered down ended up trashing part of it, went to buy a loaf of hot fresh bread it was cold, told cashier n she just stared at me, spoke to manager about issues and he just gave me a excuse about employee n would write it down to address it later he was a young kid but I would not recommend this place in any way shape or form to anyone it looks fancy n in a new building but people n quality are very poor no sense of responsibility n never was even offered a refund even if that...
