11:11 Italia Urbana — Restaurant in Bayamón

My recent dining experience at 11:11 Italia Urbana left me with mixed feelings. The restaurant promises an urban Italian dining experience, and while there were some highlights, there are definitely areas that could use some attention.

Firstly, the ambiance of the restaurant is quite appealing with a modern, urban twist on classic Italian décor. However, the noise level was noticeably high, making it difficult to enjoy a conversation without raising our voices.

Service was polite but seemed overwhelmed. We experienced long waits for our orders to be taken and for our food to arrive. More staff during peak times might alleviate this issue.

Regarding the food, while the ingredients seemed fresh, the dishes lacked the authentic Italian flavor I was anticipating. The pasta was overcooked, and the sauces were somewhat bland, which was disappointing given the promising menu descriptions.

11:11 Italia Urbana has a lot of potentials and could truly shine with some adjustments in kitchen execution and service management. I hope to return in the future to see these improvements implemented, as I believe this restaurant has the makings of a great...

The price of the service was really not worth it. The apperitives, mains and beverages had a great taste but the portions were too small. The waiter and waitresses were informally dressed (sport sneakers, jeans, untied hair) taking into account the concept and the kind of people that were eating at the place. They as well did not now how to manage placing or picking up the plates from the table. Also, there was no control over the atmosphere as, most diners were conversing quietly except for a group of 20-25 people who wre yelling all over the place and bothering other diners and yet the administration did nothing about it.

This restaurant is a great spot for a family meal. The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived. Initially, the place was quite empty, but it quickly filled up. Despite that, the service stayed absolutely spot-on.

We started with two appetizers the octopus and croquettes, and they were fantastic. The main dishes were also impressive – cooked just right and presented beautifully. We really enjoyed them.

Don't miss out on the almond and coconut pudding for dessert. It's something special – incredibly delicious and a perfect way to round off the meal. Definitely worth...
