Chili's — Restaurant in Bayamón

Awful experience. Customer service (not by our wonderful server Catherine, but from the nasty managers) is none. What should be a nice get together from work partners ended in a bad fight between our table and the managers. Uncomfortable table, and lets not include the waitress that before arrival ended my phone call abruptly and with no education when a question was asked. Not recommended at all. I had the Monterrey Chicken and was very bland, tasteless, not at all what I expected from a Mexican flavored restaurant. It was not hot forcing me to eat quickly before it got too cold. Maybe that’s their plan. I also felt the restaurant itself was very plain with nothing to create atmosphere. Was like having chairs and tables in a warehouse. I ordered food, the hostess say I'll call you when ready. She kept the food when it was ready, I came home with cold, soggy hamburgers. My hamburger was under cooked. Ribs were old. Extremely disappointed, chills specially this location is usually good. The lady that is at the door, holding the food hostage shouldn't be there.
