We were really excited to revisit this restaurant after having an amazing experience last year. Since we just landed in Puerto Rico, this was the first place we wanted to go! Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience.

We started with appetizers and ordered the mixed ceviche, but it came out wrong and wasn’t mixed as described. We didn’t want to make a big deal about it. The mofongo I ordered was okay—not as good as it used to be—and my husband’s pernil mofongo was overcooked and dry.

While the food was ultimately okay, the service was absolutely terrible. The waiter seemed annoyed from the moment we sat down. She never asked if we needed anything or even if we were ready to order—we had to call her over just to place our order. When the food arrived, she practically threw the plates onto the table. There was no warmth, no attentiveness, and absolutely no customer service. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her and the rest of the staff.

It’s really sad to see how much this place has changed. We had such high hopes based on our experience last year, but after this visit, we won’t be...

We stopped here at after church service nearby — starving and ready for comfort food. And let me tell you, this place delivered everything we didn’t know we needed!

My son had the kids’ mac & cheese with chicken tenders, and he officially declared it TOP TIER — even better than his previous favorite at Therapy. That’s saying a lot coming from our tiny food critic! He also had their homemade fruit punch, which was super fresh and delicious.

I had the Churrasco Relleno, stuffed with sweet plantains and cream cheese — a combo I’d never imagined before, but it worked beautifully! I paired it with Arroz Leo, which had a creamy risotto-style texture with mushrooms and onions. Absolutely packed with flavor.

My partner had the mofongo relleno de churrasco, which was hearty and perfectly seasoned — classic Puerto Rican comfort food done right.

The ambiance is casual and warm, the portions are generous, and the pricing is very fair. We paid $68 total for three full meals with drinks. We’ll definitely be coming back — this spot is now a solid...

BEEN TO THIS PLACE MANY TIMES, FOOD IS VERY GOOD AND SO ARE THE PRICES, BUT TODAY I HAVE TO GET UP A LEAVE TO A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT…REASON: I ARRIVED WITH MY GIRLFRIEND SAT ON A TABLE, WAITRESS BROUGH THE MENUS BUT NEVER CAME BACK, 5 MINUTES LATER A PARTY OF 5 ARRIVED WERE GIVEN MENUS AND THEIR ORDER WAS TAKEN ON THE SPOT, WHEN A DIFFERENT WAITRESS FINALLY ARRIVED WE ASKED HER IF OUR FOOD WAS GOING TO BE READY BEFORE THE ONE ORDERED BY THE PARTY OF 5 AND HER REPLY WAS: IS BY ORDER OF ARRIVAL WICH I REPLIED: PERFECT WE ARRIVED HERE FIRST! SHE THEN GOT AN ACTITUD AND TOLD US THAT SHE WAS BY HERSELF…I WAS AT LEAST EXPECTING HER TO SAY THAT SHE WILL MAKE SURE OUR ORDER WAS GONNA COME OUT FIRST SINCE WE ARRIVED FIRST AT THE RESTAURANT BUT SHE DIDNT SEEM INTERESTED IN PROVIDING A BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE SO I GOT UP AND LEFT, NOW I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW FROM MAJADITOS BAR AND GRILL! THANKS...

Excellent service and food. We ordered an appetizer sampler with ham croquettes, mozzarella cheese, corn fritters and mofongo, it was good..I personally didn't care for the mofongo because I don't like plantains, but if you like plantains then definitely try it. The waitress was so kind and offered to bring me something else so I ordered rice and beans which was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place if traveling to PR..it's worth the drive no matter where you are staying on the island!

This was the BEST restaurant we ate at in our 3 weeks visiting Puerto Rico hands down! It was delicious! The service was excellent! My daughter was suffering from a terrible severe migraine and the server was so kind to help us with the air conditioning and bring her water and a coke for caffeine right away. Loved everything about this place!
