Qdoba on Los Filtros has great service. We ordered online for pickup, but when my wife arrived, someone had pretended to be her, read the name on the bag, and taken the order just before she got there. The staff was super apologetic and immediately remade it. The next time we ordered, she arrived to find no food out, so she asked, thinking it had happened again. Turns out, they had remembered what happened last time and had set it aside behind the counter just for her. That level of attentiveness and customer care really stood out—definitely earned...

Need to confess I am a fan of the concept!..and visiting both locations in PR and also visited a couple in Denver!..the proposition to build your own bowl is a great option!..a piece of advise, owner should train employee according with the restaurant value proposition!..they do not need to say no o be rude if a customer ask an extra spoon of Pico de Gallo or little more “salsa” relax if an extra spoon make your customer happy, why say NO??… good concept and food are...
