Sizzler — Restaurant in Bayamón

Stephanie and Julie as always was super attentive and giving a great service... but the food was not up to PAR!!! And the prices spiked up a good 30 to 40 percent... food quality has decreased substantially and it has turned for the worst... baked potato was harder than the knife i was provided to cut it...knife actually bent when I tried to cut it... onions and mushrooms were burnt way past being edible... kingcrab salad and potato salad had gone bad and they didn't even notice this... and when I told attendant she shrugged me off like it wasn't her job to keep things fresh and edible... this is so SAD as I eat there with my wife almost every weekend... I'm guessing they either don't have enough personell or as it's accustomed here in PR they just don't pay enought to have the necessary personell which results in lack of good service and eventually lost good clientele... which is even sadder as this is a...

Service...we were ignored 100%. Never did waitress come yo our table to ask if we wanted additional beverages, plates, silverware or if we need anything. I had to go to the front counter but no one was there so I had to reach over for clean plates for my second servings. After I had finished my coffee, I was never asked if I wanted another cup or water to drink with my meals in one hour of us being there. So I ask a waitress..she brought the manager instead of a cup of coffee and the manager asked me if I had paid for it. I had asked prior if there were free refills at the front & was told yes to ask my waitress. I had to guess when I was ask if I had paid for the drinks that they were not free. I end up eating my meals but I had to get my own plates behind the counter during my stay for one hour of multiple times of servings. No one asked me not once if I wanted...

I like most sizzler restaurant, this one felt a bit lacking today. The food selection in turn of meat was underwhelming with only having fried wings and chicharrones. The other was mostly meat for tacos (shredded chicken and beef). The food tasted good and was constantly refill, just left more to be desire in term of selection.

Service was also lacking, waitress didn't appear in our table for nearly 30 minutes after initial serving. Place wasn't as packed either, which does make waitress been busy understandable. I don't expect them to be every 5 minutes, but the ocasional refill and so on.

Not sure if it was the day, I do hope they improve their selection as the main menu doesn't offer much either (a sirlon steak, grilled chicken, steak...
