I've been to Chick-fil-A in the states and it's always a great service, and of course, excellent food!
Now opened in PR, they started with the same emphasis on customer service, but lately it seems that because of trying to get the orders out quickly, they're messing up on them. I've gone about five times in the last week and a half and have gotten the order wrong. Diet Coke instead of regular, lemonade instead of sweet tea, they didn't give us an ice cream cone so we had to back, the sauces weren't the right ones, they've missed on the napkins quite a few times (twice I didn't have any in the car - so driving with sauce in your fingers is not fun), today I paid $1.00 for bacon, didn't have it, so I had to make a u turn at the closest light, went back, parked, went to the pick up area and asked for the bacon which they put a few slices in a separate bag, gave me back the same sandwich. Don't know why this is happening, but I think it's the culture influence. There's lots of employees outside which help with getting the orders quickly, but as many puertoricans, they talk and talk, and doing that in between orders, could make them mess up on the delivery. You hear them talking about things back home, their pet, the car, going to the beach, etc...this may make the difference between a messed-up order and a correct one. Maybe too many employees doing less work? Anyway, won't stop going, because I support the business, but hopefully they'll fix these...

Read moreWell, (unprofessional employee) I decided I would not wear a mask, they refused to serve me so I simply said God bless you and began to walk out since she did call on the person behind me, only to have the other cashier begin to yell at me through the restaurant and cause a big scene. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for but hey maybe she wasn't there when they trained them to say thing like have a nice day or its my pleasure. My choice to not wear a mask was my own and they have a right to not serve me if they want but if you want to be hypocritical and not wear your mask above your nose when serving others or taking orders but ask me to wear a mask when 2/3 of the restaurant isn't wearing a mask and we're talking about tables close to the registers too. It makes NO sense. I guess covid only comes out of our mouth when we're in front of the register. Sure thing. I actually didn't have to wear a mask the previous time I visited or going through the drivethrough. No worries though, I had my...
