Yummy Yummy — Restaurant in Bayonne

I normally buy food here, good service and good food. Tonight I chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and garlic chicken with green plantains with extra sauce. My husband food was okay. My plantains weren't cook properly and my chicken didn't have much sauce. I report it to the store. They sent there delivery their guy back. I honestly though they just wanted to see if I was lieing. I broke one of my chicken leg when I first reveiced it because I was going to consume it. They took the back re cooked and sent the food back! I never though they would recook my food and change and send it back! I have no problem with them satisfying me. MY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY RECOOK IN THE SAME OIL THAT PREPARE EVERYONE ELSE FOOD! I know for a fact that food safety is you are not suppose recook take back food and cook on it in the same oil, that you are preparing the general public food with. Throw out the food or recook in a separate pot after all it's was my home open for minutes. What if I had a disease or virus that oil couldn't kill. Now the Community of Bayoone who ate there last night would have been sick not knowing why! Like there food but I will personally never buy food there again after knowing what I do. This place is horrible. I ordered online and asked for Chicken LO MEIN. My mother was very excited for her first meal in a few days(because she has been very sick). So, it comes and it comes as Chicken CHOW MEIN. Two completely different things. I was very disappointed, but I thought that if I called and asked for them to switch, it would make it a lot easier for her and I. So, I call and the guy on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I put my mother on the phone and they said to bring it back and they'll give us the Lo Mein. There was no need for the rudeness and ungratefulness of the man. As of last night, they actually deserve ZERO stars. I have ordered takeout a couple times and it's been somewhat decent. I decided to go there last night (Friday night, they close at 11pm) to order food for myself and about 10 friends. The order was gonna be about $200. I get there around 10:20pm, and I proceed to stand and wait for someone to take my order. As I'm waiting, one employee comes in from outside, sees me standing there, proceeds to go to back of restaurant where all the employees are just talking and laughing. As plain as day I stood there for two minutes waiting for someone to take my order and they all stood there, saw me as plain as day, and yet they all IGNORED me. After two minutes, I simply left.
