General Wok — Restaurant in Baytown

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We attempted to use the drive thru and we asked if they had spring rolls without shrimp and she told us to pull forward, we did. At the window she said they had shrimp and pork. Great! My fiance asked if they had a buffet, she said yes come inside! WRONG! No buffet and very dirty. Tables not cleared from previous customers. A receipt on the counter from someones receipt they signed for with a card. The woman taking our order was crabby and very short with us. We ordered the beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, crab cheese wontons and pork spring rolls. The broccoli and onions were mushy and the beef was like chewing on a peice of rubber. The sauce had no flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was overly breaded and very greasy. The crab cheese wontons.....out of 6, ONE had a single peice of crab. The pork spring rolls were the only thing I enjoyed and thats ONLY because they had cilantro! The pork looked and tasted like sliced deli turkey and the only thing you tasted was the cilantro. 1 of the spring rolls was completely falling apart because they overstuffed it. Dspite my three stars I love their food but it kind of sketches me out. The food tastes good however the facility is not very clean and a few times I have been they staff was rude but I got my order that's what mattered. I go through drive through alot and the speaker is horrible I have told them multiple times to fix it because no one can hear them and it's like the customers have to yell at them (which is probably why the staff is rude because they think we are being rude) but it's just that stupid speaker. So if you go just tell them your order and drive to the window because it impossible to hear them most of the time. There is a big metal box behind the building and I'm not sure what's in it but myself and others swear we have heard dogs barking from inside it. Swear I am not saying this to be despiteful or rude or gross anyone out but others have heard the same thing. I love thier food so I pray for the best that myself and others are just hearing stuff. Possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever had, and i've had a lot of chinese food from different places in my lifetime. Had the "Spicy Chicken" combo and it was neither spicy nor good; limp vegetables mixed with a watery gravy and some chicken. Did not taste any spice at all. Fried rice looked and tasted more like Mexican rice than it did Chinese. Egg Roll was burnt and extremely oily. Sweet and Sour pork looked like the meat was older than should be for safe public consumption (see picture). Returned food only to have the front counter lady give me a hard time about it.
