Snowflake Donuts — Restaurant in Baytown

My Brother went through drive through about 30 minutes ago at the Baytown, Alexander location, while he was sitting at the window he witnessed a customer giving back a bottle of milk to the server. The server then opened the bottle and smelled the milk and looked at the experation date.

My brother then asked the server at the window, "is there something wrong with your milk"? Her response was "no the customer asked for a large milk", this response was a lie... why opnen and sniff a bottle of milk and look at experation when the request was to change size of milk?

Needless to say, my brother checked the bottles of milk he ordered before he left. The server at window had the audacity to ask "is there something wrong"? My brother said "yes, I'm making sure you are not selling me expired milk".

This place has truly gone down hill. I’ve given it several chances the past few months and you get the same left over kolaches and donut holes from the day before. Definitely no longer made fresh, the bread is COLD AND STALE, not to mention hard. My kids won’t even eat the donut holes from there, they take a bite and say they’re hard and cold. AT LEAST, ask if we want clearance or discounted items from the night before. Having to pay full price for cold, hard gross kolaches is not right! I have attached pics of the dried up kolaches we get every time now. Look at how old that cheese looks, and the bread clearly looks stale. Waste of $20-30 every time we go....

I heard all this good stuff about the place so I decided to go there with my girlfriend. We went in the store and it was just really dirty and had a odd smell. Then to top it off the two ladies working were so rude and pretty much just ignored us, the younger one just standing there on her phone and the older woman was just super impersonal not that you have to be super personal at work but at least pretend that you enjoy getting customers because if yall keep up with the way your running the place now you won't...
