Bought an ooze pen and found out it was a counterfeit/fake ooze pen after trying to register it on the ooze website. It also was an old style that they no longer make anymore. I tried to return it within 15 minutes of purchasing it. I told them it was counterfeit and the employees called their boss to let them know the situation but it seemed like the boss told the employees they didn't care and since it worked still, there's no refund.

Please VAPE CITY don't tell your customers that you sell THC free products and they are not.
