We got 2 home run meals and a chicken strip meal, it is advertised that the home run burgers are ½ Patty's and they look good on the menu but lack the size and taste. The wife had the chicken strips and looking at them in the bag I would say hers was better, but that was just the look. They where bland and some of the batter did not seem to be cooked very good. The fry's where soggy like, I asked the lady how do they size up with the food compared to other fast food places. She said they are better then burger king by far but I don't even like burger King and I would think there fry's are better, the burger taste about the same in my opinion. The lobby isn’t open just yet but the drive through is easily accessible. I always liked the baseball theme the restaurant has with names of entrees such as: “Home Run, Double Play, Triple Play.”
The food here is absolute heaven. The burgers are hot, fresh, and full of flavor (even if you order plain with cheese!) The fries are some of the best you can get anywhere. The fried pickles are top notch!
