Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bazetta Township

WORST DUNKIN EVER. It wasn't like this before, it used to be better. Management here is terrible, EVERY time I go here. The employees at the window ALWAYS have an attitude, and you always feel rushed taking your order in the drive through. They never have anything in stock, always out of the most basic things like blueberry donuts, or enough munchkins. What dunkin only has 5 glazed munchkins left and two flavors in stock? This is a donut shop right? Then have donuts in stock. The drinks either taste like water or too overwhelming with a sour taste. They always slap and throw the doughnuts in the bag, with NO napkins EVER. The donuts I ordered that they had (I was forced to order a strawberry donuts cause they never have anything else) didn't even have sprinkles, when they had sprinkles in the picture, and the donut was face down in the bag, with the frosting melted and the donut hard. As a whole dunkin is great this store is great but some of the people who work here aren’t. The assistant Jen likes to act like she’s better than everyone else and jokes about me quitting because my mother died and I was going through a hard time. She literally walks around and says “I’m going to walk out like Megan” it’s extremely inappropriate and the fact that other employees are offended by this enough to reach out to me and tell me is something that needs to be addressed by upper management. I’ve even ran into a regular customer in a grocery store who told me he heard her saying this about me. Making fun of someone because their parent died and it was effecting them in every way possible is horrible and should not be joked about. Absolutely terrible service at the checkout counter i’ve never experienced the customer service at any dunkin as i did this morning the lady taking my orders name was arianna and she has one of the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen she was very impatient and she continued to roll her eyes at us while we were placing our order then she was talking about us to her other coworkers if you have a problem taking peoples orders you shouldn’t be working in customer service that simple she did not need to act the way she did and it wasn’t just towards us either she was rude to the gentleman infront of us as well i doubt this is the first time she’s acted this way in her place of work and it probably won’t be the last that is not the type of person you want working at your store interacting with...
