Taco Bell — Restaurant in Beaufort

My husband works double shifts and often doesn't have time for dinner anywhere else. He arrived in the drive thru at 10 pm. there were three cars in front of him, the wait was almost 40 minutes because of the way the drive though was he was stuck in line and could not leave. By the time it was his turn he waited 15 minutes, no one came on the intercom to say they had closed or there was a wait issue. Another 10 minutes went by he tried to get someone's attention but was ignored. He finally left the drive thur and thats when the worker decided to take orders again. My husband was so tired of waiting, he was not going to het back in line behind 3 more cars.I understand this store closes at midnight but he arrived 2 hours before then and there was plenty of cars before and after him so if it is a short staff issue more should be hired to accommodate this rush. He watched 3 cars get their food and then nothing.He waited an hour plus just to leave empty handed. Also they are usually out of alot of menu items lately. We use to love this location but service has really gone down...

Beautiful location. I have only had one awesome encounter here. The rest has been absolutely horrible. There is a heavy set tall guy that works there, he always has a bad attitude. He is lazy and confrontational. My husband and I have had three separate occasions where he was argumentative and unkind. It just seems like he wants power or control. Very unprofessional. The lobby is NEVER opened. They are always out of everything. Probably hoping you don't order and just leave. The food is average to low quality. Sometimes it is good, other times it is cold or tastes weird. The meat sometimes tastes like it was in a bucket of tap water. I will never come back to this location. It is never busy here but somehow it takes forever to get our food. And it's cold. It doesn't make sense. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the other Beaufort location. And that is saying a lot considering I live basically next door to this location. Corporate definitely needs to help this location or get better staff. I am sure the managers aren't any better, because the employees...

We came through the drive-thru the first time and bought $40+ worth of food.... we got all the way home, which is 25 minutes away, and found out that all of our food was not inside of the bag! We were specific with all of the food that was coming on our order. We made a phone call so that we can come back up and get the order corrected. We specifically told the management as well as whomever was on the drive through headphones specifically what we wanted. Once we were told to go around to the drive-through window, we waited a few minutes and was given a bag full of food. We were about to leave out of the drive way of the restaurant and realized that there were several things that were missing. 1 main thing that we stated it was that there was debt with the quesadillas we did not want the jalapeno sauce on them but instead the nacho cheese sauce. We got all the way home, which is 25 minutes away, only to realize that both of the quesadillas had jalapeno sauce on them automatic and both were being instead of one chicken in...
