Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

I would give a zero star if I could. My parents and I placed two separate orders tonight. My dad picked up the food and when he got here there were multiple things missing. I was missing wings and fries and my parents were missing fries and the pizza they ordered was cold and hard. When I called to ask about it, the “manager” Alex told me he made the order himself and he knew it was all there. So I asked “so are you calling me a lair? Because I don’t have my dinner.” And he said “yes because I made it.” ARE YOU JOKING ME?! The manager told me I was a liar and that I had my food. He said it was “in the bag” THERE WAS NO BAGS! Do not call me a liar. So incredibly disrespectful! Then he told me he would make the food and I could pick it up. Uh not now because what makes me think you aren’t going to mess with my food? I said I wanted a refund. He said he could only give me a store credit. Why would I go back when the food we did get, was not even edible? Absolutely not. He refused to give me a refund and said I would have to talk to his General Manager tomorrow. No. Absolutely unacceptable. I reached out to chat support and they are going to call me back for a refund. I am appalled at the lack of respect or even basic common courtesy the “manager” Alex displayed. Then he had the nerve to tell me “calm down sweetheart.” So disgusting. He should 100% be fired. On May 8,2019 I ordered a ultimate cheesy crust pizza i told the young lady eon the phone i wanted extra pepperoni with garlic crust so 15 minutes later i got there and picked my pizza up , got all the way home i stay 20 minutes from pizza hut, got home and the pizza was really greasy and falling apart so i called and informed the manger on the shift and she told me well its like that because the cheese and pepperoni . So then she goes whats your number i gave her my number & she told me okay its saved in the computer and that i have a store credit. So today I decided to use it & the so call store manger tells me he doesn’t see no store credit with my phone number so i told him well what yall going todo i have my receipt and everything he goes well im the store manger and she comes in later so we would have to deal with this later. Mind you when i order my pizza and they got my $12.03 they got they money right then and there but he couldn’t call to talk to her or anything to clear up the situation & he was rude . I advice you to eat somewhere else there customer service is horrible and pizza taste like...

If there were 10 stars up there, I'd have given them that many! Went in on a Friday night wanting to have a pizza delivered. I fully expected a long wait but no. Was attended to immediately, ordered the pizza and paid..was told 35 minutes till it'd be delivered. My address can be confusing, but do ya'll know the pizza's came in less than 35 min, and they were HOT. The hottest pizza I've ever gotten tbh. And the driver came right to the house with no problem!! I'm wasn't really ever a Pizza Hut fan, but after tonight I am. The dough tasted so fresh, toppings were perfect, baked just the right amount of time. I wish I knew the drivers name because he needs a raise! Will definitely be ordering from THIS location again, they have really got their shiz...
