I am a very dissatisfied customer. I wouldn't even give one star. The customer service from the manager was extremely terrible. I ordered a cake for my nephew's 10th birthday party and recieved a cake completely different from the one I originally ordered. The manager didn't reimburse me for the inconvenience because I ABSOLUTELY needed a cake for my nephew's party. I had no other option with the time of the party. She said I could either leave with the cake and not be reimbursed OR leave without a cake but with a reimbursement. I could at least have the cake my nephew didn't specifically order and my money back especially if I paid almost $17 for it. Also... aparently the cake I received was $40. So the manager made the situation seem like it was my, the customer's, fault the cake was made incorrectly. So I have a disappointed 10-year old because he was excited about the Stranger Things Polar Pizza as advertised and receive a regular ice cream cake but the the exact "happy birthday, " wording on it. Read moreTERRIBLE SERVICE!! Employees always seem as we are inconveniencing them. Throwing your order on the counter while rushing you when no one else is inside/drive thru and still getting it wrong. Worse part they don’t even let you finish your order and they come back more aggravated. I understand that working in customer service can take a toll on people. Dealing with people as a primary source can lead to some rough days that’s understandable, but projecting it on innocent bystanders is not the answer especially at a business establishment. This is not the first terrible experience with this establishment; same employee, same experience. Two weeks ago I decided to give them another chance and they left me upfront for 15 minutes so I had to drive back around for my order. Today I was at Marble Slab but decided I would give them one more chance. I got back in my car and drove over to which of course they were out of the flavors I wanted so I went with Chocolate Chip only for it to not be completely filled. When she handed it to me I know she saw my facial expression but just shut the window like it was nothing.
