Taco Bell — Restaurant in Beaumont

I just left this Taco Bell and received the WORST service in the world. I came inside because the drive-thru was exceptionally long and was literally ignored by staff who made eye contact with me several times. Everyone was focused on the drive thru and never came to the counter. A customer who came in behind me informed me that you can order on the kiosk that is in the lobby, new to me, but I did not know how to do that nor did I want to do that. I do enough self-checkouts at HEB, Wal-mart and Kroger, I am not always interested in paying for my merchandise, checking myself out AND bagging my products.

The manager finally turned away from the drive thru, where there were 6 employees working, not including the window employee, to take my order and acted as though I was bothering her. I placed an order for a taco supreme and a Mexican Pizza and waited. While waiting two employees came out into the lobby and played with one another instead of cleaning up and once I arrived home this was the WORST Mexican Pizza I ever had and that is the main thing I love from Taco Bell. The taste was so awful I could not finish eating it and had to eat a few potato chips in my residence to eradicate the horrible taste from my mouth. I will never return to that Taco Bell again, and they may have killed my desire for Mexican Pizza which I have been in love...

I went to order inside at the establishment and not one person acknowledged me while I was standing at the counter. The entire inside was filthy and there were numerous customers sitting around like they had been there forever. One gentleman said you’re better off going thru the drive thru. I tried that and when I went to pay I gave them a voucher that was given to me by the manager the last time I was there as an apology for the poor service . The staff acted like they didn’t know what the voucher was. What’s the point of getting a voucher if you can’t use it? As bad as the service is at that place, you would think they knew what the voucher was. I’m sure the manager has to hand them out frequently because not one person in that building seemed like they wanted to do their job of helping customers.

If you think about getting Mexican food quickly, don’t go here. You can literally sit down at a local restaurant, be helped, and eat faster than going into this...

Honestly one of the worst Taco Bell's I've been too. I've been multiple times. One time I was in my car and told that it was going to be a 12 minute wait, I have no idea why, as I had just ordered some tacos. Then the next time I went, I saw that the car line was long and assumed that maybe they were all spending 12 minutes on each taco again, so I went inside.

I still feel disgusting weeks later. I have never experienced a floor so stickey that I honestly couldn't raise my shoes in some spots. I didn't even want to lean on the counter as I waited about ten minutes for my tacos.

The drive through ladies were rude the times that I had used it, now inside the person who came in after me waited about five minutes before they even acknowledged that he was there at the store.
