La Michoacana 100% Natural — Restaurant in Beaumont

Paid for a scoop of mango ice cream, and the flavor did not taste like mango. I’ve been coming to this michocana since 2015 and always get the mango flavor. I went inside and asked if I can choose a different flavor because it did not taste like mango and the short hispanic lady (manager) I believe said “no it’s good, we sell this all day”. I said I understand that but the flavor does not taste like mango to me can I get a different flavor. With attitude she says “ I’m only doing it this one time, no one ever complains about it. It’s good, so maybe you wanted a different flavor.” I said no, I’ve came here plenty of times and have gotten the mango flavor before. She proceeds to say well I’m only changing it this one time… as she is handing me the new flavor I chose she slams it on the table. Very unprofessional and disgusting customer...

First, let me say the ice cream and paletas are good here. Pricey, but good. I just had a bad experience with the lady checking me out that makes me never want to come back. I go in with my 16 month old son and go to the checkout to pay for my paletas. The lady immediately asks about my grandson. When I say he's my son, she looks flabbergasted and asks how old I am. I'm 42 and just had him last year. She's like, I'm 46 and have several grandchildren. Then she turns to her coworkers and says in Spanish (assuming I don't understand Spanish) that I'm lying and that he's my grandson. So rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming...

When I first walked in it was empty it took a while for someone to come help me.

Then I look at the menu and prices and decided that I wanted an esquite they only put a little bit of butter and mayo on their corn and only on the top not on the bottom of the cup. Another thing is the price said 6.25 for an esquite tell me my the lady charged me 6.75 plus an extra .50 cents for giving me a tiny side of butter and mayo.
