New York Pizzeria — Restaurant in Beaumont

Ok. So we frequent this pizza spot because the pizza is really good... and mind you we only.order the cheese pizza. We have a big chain pizza place 2 minutes away from our house, but we still order from here and drive to pick up. However, lately.... The pizza has been really greasy... Like dripping out of the box and onto my son's lap while driving home. I will advise that depending on who answers the phone, your order may be a little difficult to place. Make sure you confirm numbers like 15 as one-five and not five-zero.... Might create some confusion as to when your pizza will be ready. I don't know anyone there personally but I'm assuming the owners are the ones that are typically there in the evenings and they seem to love their business. I think maybe it's not being in touch with their customer's thoughts and reviews on various sites that has them...

They said my large 2 topping pizza will be 1385. Kind of high price but whatever. I mean it's only a 12 inch pizza. But anyway they don't tell you about the fact that that 1385 price doesn't include tax or a $0.25 fee they charge you for the Box. That's right, you got to pay them $0.25 for the cardboard box. The total was 1519. I think the Box charge is so they don't have to give $5 in change for a large pizza out of a 20 Buck bill. Anyway they had the nerve to be fake on the way out after I asked about the quarter charge. Quote on quote thank you sir as I walked out. No thank you bulshit New York Pizzeria. Been a great customer for a few years. Francesca, sadly, is very stingy. I asked her to give the tip to her employee but she just put it in her pocket! In front of me. The extra cheese I ask and pay for- is non existent! I’ve asked her to please add more cheese - extra- many times yet she argues with me. I show her proof of how much I was charged but she yells and doesn’t want to look at my phone. Denies that she charged me $29 for 2 small pizzas. Here’s the proof! Her employees are treated like garbage! There is one more very important thing I could say- it’s a huge issue for everyone’s health- but I won’t. I do respect her employees. I may in the future.
