The attitude of the lady upfront was the worst. I asked for a plain croissant, and she repeated "plain croissant?". At the end another lady gave us my iced coffee, and I told her I was waiting on my croissant. The lady who is usually upfront said "no you ordered a bagel." and I said "no you repeated back croissant.." and she went "no I didn't. We don't sell croissants." Even though on the menu it ways about 3 different types of croissants. Costumer service: He was really dry and rude as if I was an inconvenience to him.
Quality of Food: We ordered a couple donuts and a extreme melt meal. The extreme melt had way too much cream cheese and the cheese was not melted properly. The donuts seemed to have been a little hard. I ended up throwing everything away.

A man was there before me so while I was waiting I noticed that when he charged that man he never washed his hands before attending me. I ordered 2 ham and cheese and he had the audacity to grab them with bare hands no gloves after he just handed money. Watch out for this guy because he would even spit in your ice coffee and put his fingers inside. He really hates his job.
