The older blonde lady working the tables located at the right of the restaurant when you first come in might not need to be doing this for a living. (12/17/2024) We first came in and were sat by the hostess, a younger girl was assisting one of her tables and we witnessed her shove her out of the way stating "I got this". She gave us the menus and seemed to be rushing us, we ordered an appetizer and 5 mins later she comes in asking if we want to place our entree orders. We figured thats fine since we already know what we want. I got the cheese burger and my husband got the urban cowboy steak. She brought out the salad before the appetizer so I asked kindly if she can cancel the appetizer order if they have not started making it yet otherwise just bring it out, she left to go to the kitchen while i was still talking. My burger was delicious but my husbands steak was undercooked, so we waited a good 10 mins before we were able to flag down a waitress (after making eye contact and signaling others that ignored us) our actual waitress was nowhere to be found, we asked if they can refire the steak, it took a while. The manager brought it out and the only parts that were refired were the cuts my husband made previously. The peices of shrimp were not cleaned out (legs and skin still attached on the entirety of the shrimp, not just the bottom part). The other half of the steak was still red, we cut it all the way through to make sure, he couldnt eat it. We told our waitress and just asked for the check, she left again while we were talking to grab the manager. Manager never came out, and we got our check and they had removed the charge for the steak, which was not our intentions and I even offered to pay for the steak since half was eaten and she said it was their policy. I understand and thanked her. Again walking away while I was talking, this time she was clearly pissed, and when she brought the receipt for me to sign, she threw it infront of me (my husband was paying) and walked away again. She seemed to be rushing through her entire service. They were not busy (there were more people working than customers). I left her a 12% tip to round up the amount even tho I hated the service. We live around the corner and come here often, we had no issues before. We will not be coming back to this location. Btw I never named the waitress because she never...

My wife and I celebrated our 39th anniversary at Saltgrass Steakhouse in Beaumont, Texas, and it was a delightful experience. The warm, inviting atmosphere hit us immediately, with the aroma of sizzling steaks and a cozy setting. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and tasteful decor with detailed table settings created a relaxing ambiance, enhanced by soft music and muted conversations.
Our server, Jacorian, was exceptional—accommodating, friendly, professional, and prompt. He knew the menu well, offered great suggestions, and made our anniversary special with his attentive yet unobtrusive service.
The drink menu was diverse, offering beers, wines, and cocktails. We celebrated with cocktails: my wife had the Pomegranate Mojito, a refreshing mix of Bacardí Superior Rum, Liber & Co. Grenadine, mint, lime juice, and club soda. I enjoyed the Grilled Pineapple, a flavorful blend of Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup, pineapple, and lime juice, elevated by grilled pineapple.
We skipped appetizers and started with salads—my wife chose the fresh Spinach Strawberry Salad, and I had the crisp Wedge Salad. For our main course, we both ordered the 16 oz Pat’s Ribeye, cooked well done. The well-marbled steak delivered rich, grilled flavor. We paired it with baked potatoes, tender and sweet from slow baking, needing only butter. We also shared flash-fried green beans, a crunchy, tasty surprise.
We ended with a shared slice of Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and two black coffees, a perfect sweet finish. Jacorian’s stellar service made the night relaxing and memorable. Ask for him...

This Saltgrass Steak House was no good. I had to leave pretty upset. My wife ordered a small steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. For the first time, I decided to order a cheeseburger with no pickles and add bacon. My wife got her food and had no issues. My burger had a long hair in the fries which we were immediately able to spot and brought to the attention of our server. He apologized, showed it to the manager on duty, threw it out and placed the order again. The manager came and let us know the kitchen will be remaking my order. After about another 30 minutes (at this point we were there for a little over an hour and 15 min) I received my burger, and it had pickles. We let the server know, and he apologized and was kind of upset at the 2 for 2 mess ups by the kitchen, but offered to go have that fixed. At this point I let him know I'd rather just not have my order anymore, and we'd like the bill. He let his manager know and brought us the bill and voided the order of the burger.
The manager never came to try to make the experience a little better by apologizing again or offering us a remedy, or even a small discount for our long wait and troubles.
Not the experience I would expect from Saltgrass. I would recommend people go to other locations, and not this one, especially if you're expecting good service and a great experience
