Dunkin' — Restaurant in Beaver Dam

We ordered our two coffees, donuts, and a bagel. One of the coffees was made wrong so we asked for that to be remade. Once that was remade, I mentioned to the girl at the counter (the one with piercings in her cheeks) I was still waiting on a plain bagel. I assumed it had been ready since three of the workers were sitting on their phones by the drive through window having a conversation. The staff member that had the piercings cut me off mid sentence while I was mentioning the rest of our order and she said “don’t worry we are making it.” We waited for 12 minutes. My daughter had time to finish her donut. The person that ordered after us got their food before us so we walked to the counter and asked again. The girl that cut me off originally and said the order was being made now said, “no I did not say that because I only make the drinks”. If she would not have cut me off in the beginning, she would have known I was asking for the bagel and not another drink. One of the girls behind the counter set her phone down, grabbed a plain bagel with her bare hands, and took it to be toasted. Did not use parchment paper or anything to grab the bagel. Went from touching her phone to touching my bagel. I mentioned this and the girl behind the counter with the pink hair said I was being crabby and made a “grr” noise while walking away. All I wanted was a plain bagel with a side of avocado spread. This does not take over 15 minutes to make as well as saying I was crabby for just asking for my bagel to be touched with clean hands. I had a great experience at this Dunkin location. I travel around a bit and have been to quite a few Dunkin Donuts from Arizona to Michigan. So when I tell you this one stands out in a good way it comes from years of experience running on Dunkin. I was going down the 151 from FDL to Madison and just needed something to give me a boost. I saw the sign on the highway and decided to get my Dunk on with some Dunkin. My server was Lona. I don't know how you say that. But it doesn't matter because she is a great being and a beautiful soul that was able to brighten my day with her knowledgeable and considerate suggestions. She provided the best experiences I have ever had at any place that I have ever got coffee and donuts. The store was clean and tidy and my order was ready fast. I will definitely be back. And live an hour away and have no reason to go to Beaver Dam. I was disappointed the card machine would not let me tip more than 5 dollars as I had no cash or I would have left...

I have ordered mobile pick up from this location an abundance of times. The things that I have noticed are the drinks are NEVER made consistently. I literally only order one drink every time. It is never made the same. I’m always missing something from my order after I drive away, and don’t even try to go back through the drive through because they get very catty The young man that works at the window is literally the best worker they have. He definitely needs a raise and a job title upgrade. The younger workers have the most pleasant customer service. The older women are literally the 2 most rude unpleasant people that I’ve encountered here. Clearly there is no management overseeing this location which is really sad because it seems it...
