I recently moved and I ordered on the app. I called after placing my order and said I accidentally forgot to change my address in the app. The manager was rude off the bat. She told me “it isn’t my fault the address is wrong. We have to wait for the driver to return, than I will send him back to get the sub from wrong address and bring it to you.” I said when I called that I had make the mistake: she didn’t seem to care and was rude the whole time. I am pregnant and Covid is still going on. “I said can you just make me a new sub? What if the other address someone eats it?” She said “they better not and no this is what we do. We won’t re make it” I asked for a refund and she hung up on me. I called back to ask for corporate number and was hung up on repeatedly. One answered and told me my phone number will be blocked. Never the same. Tonight I received a tuna sub with almost no meat at all. Disappointing.

In response to the owners reply,.... this isn't a box of cheerios sold by weight, not by volume, where some settling may have occurred.....The owner should know how often i order the exact same sandwich from this store which makes it easy to compare sandwiches. The quantity of meat was drastically different tonight. If it's measured by weight your scale is off or someone isn't reading it. First couple of bites didn't even have meat in it. Lost a star this time my pickle wasn't cut all the way through I had to rip it apart with my fingers and the soda I ordered I had to fill myself when I got there. They said they don't pour the soda cause people don't always pick it up right away.( lazy) if I order it asap I want it now ( fill my soda) if I order it at say 4pm fill my soda at 4pm ( not difficult) and if it's ordered asap and I don't pick it up for an hour then that is on me.
