McDonald's — Restaurant in Beaver Dam

So, they updated the inside. It looks awesome. Too bad its brought down by confusion. They have kiosks now to place orders inside. I didnt use one as I needed to pay with cash. I waited at the counter in front of a lady for a good 45 seconds before she finally took my order. Sitting at my table with my number stand and a employee comes by asking if I ordered shakes. I politely said no and she went to bother another customer. I heard before I was seated that they couldn't make shakes and someone ordered one. So that was some bad communication. This wouldn't be so bad but then the customers next to me got their order and the employee walked away without taking the number stand. These things have sensors so they know where they are.. but idk if they are working. Next I was asked if I ordered a mcgriddle from the same employee who didnt take the number stand and asked me about shakes. Of course I didnt order the mcgriddle. Finally I got my order and she walked away without taking my number stand. I see two customers take their number stands back to the front. Looks like I'll be doing the same. So they got this nice new system but dont seem to understand how it works.. it's so simple.. best just go through the...

The young lady at the second window accidentally messed up and gave our order to another person going through the drive through, which is fine, we had our receipt so we gave it over to her so she could remake our food. Instead we got pestered for 10 minutes about, “we’ll why would the other person take your food if it wasn’t theirs” “why did they take your McFlurry if they didn’t order it” I have absolutely not a clue, I didn’t take it, I just wanted the damn food I payed for. She had absolutely no manners, we where still very polite, saying please and thank you, even regardless of the situation and after we got our food she said “have a good day” and went to shut the window on us, only forgetting again that we had a whole large coke ordered that we didn’t get. We got the drink and we said thank you, and before that even finished leaving our mouths the girl slammed the window in our faces, not an apology, not a your welcome, just a rude interaction and an interrogation about why some other family took our food. Food also managed to get stark cold after that interaction aswell, so terrible service, cold food. I think I’ll just drive a little further and go to the other...

First off, entering the building we were welcomed with glares and frowns upon their faces, not a great start! We order, the guy cashier neglects to give us a reciept, or even tell us our order number. We settled down at the farthest table from the counter, and waited. 15 minutes pass, we're not called, no employee attempts to call out the order, we didn't know our food was sitting up there, which explains why our fries were cold. Speaking of fries, 2 of our 3 medium fries had bundles of black hair sitting in with them. Next, there was an employee over by the fountain drink machine, started swearing up a storm because she dropped something, we believe was lids, then proceeded to place the lids that touched the dirty ground back on to the top section with all the other lids. It would've been fine if the plastic was over them, but we could clearly see that it wasn't! Would not recommend, or try not to go to this particular...
