This honestly was the worst burrito de Lengua I’ve ever had in my Hispanic life. Lengua is squishy and soft to eat. This was HARD and RUBBERY. I normally can’t feel the texture of lengua in my burritos but this was CRUNCHY like cartilage. Every bite I had to spit out the nasty rubbery lengua, which also had no good flavor as if they didn’t add even salt just greasiness.
