Iām concerned about simple directions being taken and given. The lack of leadership is apparent when you walk through the door. Brittany has zero control of her store or her employees. Our visit was a celebration of a basketball victory. We stayed inside for no less than an hour. The experience was no celebration and was undone by Brittanyās poor customer service. A simple āIām sorryā goes a long way. I understand mistakes happen, but please understand that it is your responsibility to apologize for lack of quality service. This is a small town McDonalds that should be better than this poor customer service and attitude. My intention is never to ruin someoneās day however this store needs some help. Maybe if they could start with small things like a clean bathroom and sanitizer in the stations. Than they can work on food quality and customer service. You so rudely told me that my review wonāt be seen because you get to screen the reviews as the manager.
My intention for this review was only to give a small piece of advice and to sharpen our customer service and food quality. I was met will a bull nose manager who was not going to be told anything⦠my sympathy goes out to her staff. As I understand how her employees are not being built up in the correct ways. It is up to our leaders to promote hard work and quality customer service. Lead by example and show the employee how to be the best employee you can be!
P.s. please stop hoarding napkins and allow your customers to wipe their faces...

Went back, handed me the nuggets and didn't say one word. Not sorry, no coupon, no free meal -- nothing. It is great going home just to go back because they forget the MAIN PART of the order. The fries at night are always cold and gross. They manage to screw up happy meals all the time. I have gotten chocolate sundaes when I ask for hot fudge sundaes with extra fudge -- it's great being charged extra and get something you didn't even order. Literally, in the later evening/night - my order is never right. I don't know how this place functions during this time. These workers would rather talk to each other and smoke nonstop outside then help paying customers. The manager seriously needs to work at night with this crew to assess their abilities and hopefully...
