Hoss's Steak & Sea House — Restaurant in Bedford Township

The food here was terrible. The chicken noodle soup tasted like hot water with noodles no flavor, no chicken. We had 7 people at out table, my husband ordered the Shrimp Scampi, there were 8 little shrimp in a small cup It was not over noodles or anything, portions are very small. My mom ordered the chicken mashed potato bowl, the gravy was sour. 2 people ordered the beef tips the portions were very small So there was a small clump of beef and some broccoli on the plate. The best things ordered at our table were the side salad and the burger our cousin ordered. One person got the salad bar with his meal, he hardly ate anything he brought back to the table he said nothing on the bar looked that good We ate at this restaurant 2 years ago when we were in Bedford and could not wait to go back, BOY, were we disappointed... Our Waitress was wonderful. You would be much better going to the 220 Diner for dinner...

I sure hope this restaurant gets some new cooking staff, it was quite sad for what we had to paid. Our bill...

This food is perfect! For dogs because half of the time it’s served raw :D ( we came in on February 17th 2024 ( so yk who runs kitchen) I asked for the flat ironed steak came out practically mooing and my families dinner was also raw (and bleeding ) I know they have a temp checker not sure if they’re smart enough to use it or what and I figure this isn’t the fist time ether they took it back and said they were gonna get us all new they brought it back and it was the same, wasn’t even cooked the whole way I could only eat half yk because it wasn’t even done the whole way ) please tell you chef to step up or get more classes you could tell they don’t know how to cook not to mention I said well done burn it if you have to ( I think that went in one ear and came out the other) the photo is the second time around still raw only good for dogs. Go to other places but this one. Hoss’s step up please do yourself a favor and fire that chef. Xo 😌 also if this applies to you...

This is my first time here, and I was very happy that we chose this place to eat before we traveled home. The first impression when we walked in the hostess was very nice, smiled, and we were seated right away. Our waitress, while I'm not sure she told us her name, got right into getting our drinks and brought them back immediately. She was knowledgeable and answered our questions we had about the menu. She took our order, and when I say the food came quickly, it was hot, fresh, and delicious. If you ever get the chance, the salad bar is not one to miss fresh salads , cakes, cookies, and self-serve ice cream. You can't beat that. Just the right portion not too much, and not too little. It's just a perfect bite that left my crew talking about it all the way home. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely return to try other dishes on the menu and provide you with an...
