Scoop's Soft Serve LLC — Restaurant in Bedford Township

We visited today around 7:30pm and it was busy! They have a walk up window and a drive through. We opted for the drive through this visit because we were with out-of-town company. We were in line for maybe 25 minutes. The window line was also very long. That wasn't their fault. They serve delicious options! The folks taking our order and whipping up our ice cream were friendly and quick. The cost for 3 medium ice creams and a special was about $25.00. I got the Brownie Sunday. It is my favorite. The portions are quite large so prepare yourself if you are getting ice cream for littles. They also have food options and drinks. There is a parking lot surrounding the shop and tables near the window to sit and enjoy...

Visited this place today and will not return. We order the same thing EVERY time we come here. This time, we we're given our icecreams in cones NOT the cups we actually ordered it in. The person told me AND my husband that we did NOT order our ice cream in cups. NEVER and I mean NEVER do we order icecream in cones from here(we don't eat cones) Instead of just saying I'm sorry, I thought you said - we get told we did NOT order our icecreams that way and the person wants to argue back. I always ordered sprinkles on mine..apparently they use the sprinkles that were left over from last year and not stored away. Im sure your business will continue...

Considering Scoops is literally around the corner from my house, I don't visit nearly as often as I should. Service is always great! Even with mask mandates lifting in Michigan, Scoops employees were still masked, which I appreciated, and I observed employees following general health and food safely by wearing and changing gloves after preparing ice-cream and using hand sanitizer after handling money.

They have a great selection of sundaes and will customize if you ask. Some of the sizes can be a bit on the large side, but I've learned they can make any as a child-size sundae which is...
