Huge Shoutout to GM Tori! I had came in July 9th 2025, having worked a 16 hour shift and not finding my food situation till close to closing time which I feel absolutely terrible about as someone whose worked in the service industry myself) after my refrigerator had conked out on me and My cabinets were extremely bone dry. GM Tori was extremely helpful and got me whatever she had available given the circumstances. Brownie Bites and a Salad with Italian Dressing and some Cherry Coca Cola to wash it down has never tasted so better. I wanted to thank Tori personally for taking a huge leap and opening the door for me. I know it can be a personal safety risk and all that and I know itā€™s not a everyday occurrence at all.

Got 2 pizzas and bread for close to $50, which normally I'm OK with. Both pizzas had about 2 and 1/2 inches of crust!! We MAY give them another chance down the road(probably not after this mess), but if I ever get more crust than anything else, I'll NEVER get vitos again!!!! And we paid for extra dipping sauce and extra garlic dipping sauce, didn't even get the ones that were supposed to come with it originally. Side note, it was 25 minutes past the ETA to boot.....

Fingers crossed I don't get sick from it. They offered a credit, and the manager politely attempted to resolve it but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Vito's has great pizza, and is my go to pizza place. However tonight a driver who said they had left my pizza at my door decided to yell, curse, and refuse to let me speak to a manager or anyone else who was level headed. I was very calm when I called in and was simple trying to find out what may have happened. If it was left in another apartment building to the right or left of me. Instead I was yell at about how this man left it at my door and how I must have give the wrong address (he correctly repeated my address to me) I remained very calm until he refused to let me speak to anyone else. Just yelled and curse at me about how I just have done something wrong or am lying and hiding the pizza. Needless to say I will be contacting their...

This place is always understaffed and they never tell you also they will take an hour and a half to deliver your food. After they tell you will will be to you within 30 to 40 minutes. And then after you call them an hour later and they say their driver is otw they left 15 minutes ago ( also my house is 3.5 miles away from their store.) It was another 30 minutes before I called and asked where the driver was. And all they could tell me was he will be there shortly . Their delivery staff is trash. My order from the the last 3 times have been late over an hour. And the one time I ordered I got my pizza...
