Cha Cha Donuts — Restaurant in Bedford

I used to love this place because it was so close to our home. Every Sunday morning I would stop by to grab myself and kiddos donuts before church and everythis has always been great! Unfortunately I will no longer support this business today I went it per usual and ordered 6 small kolaches and 2 big ones , 3 sunny D’s and a monster. As I got home I saw that the two big jalapeño kolaches were missing so I didnt think two much to go back and grab them. Well to my surprise the owner (the lady) came off very aggressive saying she didn’t charge me she just kept telling me I didn’t charge you for those items which she clearly did! Her husband came out and grabbed them from the microwave and said yes here you go! Then she said something in their language and looked at me all rude and I told her why would she lie if she did charge me I had the receipt with me and instead of just apologizing like oh sorry here you go ! That would have been fine no she wanted to be ugly towards me and basically say I’m a lier. Just if you go here please double check your bags because if you forget something they will try to charge you twice for the item you...

Came to this place on a whim ordered the small kolache, spinach and feta, regular glaze dount and yoohoo

The small kolache was very soft and buttery. The sausage was good, but there was nothing to write home about, but the roll part. Excite me for the rest because of how it didn't make me totally feel bad about breaking my diet.

The spinach and feta were what surprised me the most. It is very beautiful looking and very soft. The only qualm I have about this is I prefer a little bit more filling but I know some people would say otherwise.

The glaze dount. The breading of the dount. Phenomenal, but I could tell that from the other items that i ordered. The glaze, though a bit on the sweeter side. I know it will pair well with a darker coffee but is still good by itself.

Will come again and can't wait to see what else to try. 👍

Not sure if I came on a bad day, but just about everything I ordered was subpar. Read the reviews before going, deciding to go to this one over the one right next to me.

The sausage rolls I got seemed overcooked and the bread was dark, the sausage dried up and tough, and they were fairly cold by the time I got home, which is maybe five minutes at most. I had to heat them up again along with the spinach pastry, which made the sausage roll even harder to eat. The Spinach pastry I got after seeing a great review on it, but it was okay. Too much butter on top which made it greasy and unpleasant to eat, leaving me a tad queasy.

The chocolate donut was just okay, but the glaze was actually pretty decent.
