My husband went to go get us dinner. He order 2 of the grilled cheese burger late night meals. When he got home we opened our burger and found 3 pieces of hard bread, 1 piece of meat and a small amount of lettuce.....it made absolutely no sense. There was not cheese.....there where literally 2 slices of dry bread on top of eachother and then meat, lettuce and the 3rd piece of dry bread. My husband took both burgers back and asked for a manager. He was told "there isn't one", so my husband pulled up the menu on his phone and told the 2 young boys what is supposed to be on the burgers....they proceeded to tell him "we don't have that cheese and we were told that we can't make it that way"..... My husband clarified and asked "you were told that you can't make the burger the way the menu says?" They said yes. Then we asked for a refund and were told "we can't do that, only a manager can. You'll have to deal".....at that point my husband tossed the burgers inside and we left. I am seriously amazed at this. I'd like our money back and I'd like to understand why in the world y'all can hand food out like that? The disrespect I can get over, they were like 16 years old and I have younger brothers......I get it. But the incompetence and the refusing a refund is an issue....
Read moreTonight was horribly ridiculous!!! We waited at least 20 minutes with 2 cars at the window and three cars at the order speaker. Once we got our order through to the robot on the headset that didn’t reply with any sort of greeting at all, she was blunt and unprofessional! Once we moved onto the window, We probably waited another 20-25 minutes before someone came to the window! No greeting, just repeated the order, and asked for the total. I paid it, she gave me the change and we still waited another 10-15 minutes to get any form of food!!! Our food and drinks came in trickles!!! POOR SERVICE, POOR PERFORMANCE, POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE!!! I feel bad for all the others behind us!!! There were two employees one guy, one girl who were just lingering around when they could have helped expedite the orders, but the night shift manager if any was present had no presence of mind to put them on the line!!! Read more16 year old male at the window could just not get our order correct, did no ask what we would like to drink, or if we needed anything else. When we got to the window asked him to please repeat our order to confirm he had got everything, when we told him half our order was missing and what we wanted to drink he said we had to go back around because we were interfering with his time. Which makes no sense because it is his fault he did not get our order correctly when we first ordered or the second time when we told him at the pay window again.
Called and asked to speak to or get info for the GM he refused to give us that Information and stated there was no manager working with them today. After asking for his name he proceeded to hang up my call and not answer again when I called.
