My husband just got back home after ordering our dinner here. He went through the drive thru where he 1. Couldn't understand the woman at the window. He isn't one to judge but my husband said she had to of been impaired somehow because everytime he said something she completely blew him off and gave him 6 straws for two drinks. He then gave her coupons and she looked at him like she has never seen one in her life. A manager had to be called over to help. The coupons couldnt be used, i dont know exactly why because my husband was fed up by this point and just wanted his food. Well, hey maybe she was in training and trying to get the ropes... I understand that.
Well then my husband comes home, I open my food up and my buns to my burger and so burnt I couldn't eat them. I tried to eat the burger meat (same burger I get every single time I go) and it is cold and mushy. Our soft drinks tasted like water (assuming the syrup was out in the machine). Our meal was completely unedible and my husband had to drive back into town in hopes of getting everything fixed. Fingers crossed, cause I'm starving and disappointed.
UPDATE: Good and bad news. They replaced our food and it was much better :)! Bad news the manager did not have a good attitude about it. She definitely didn't act like a manager or have an attitude like one. I suggest Hardee's checks on their franchises. The Bedford one is putting a bad name out there. We unfortunately won't go back. Too much hassle and...
Read moreFood was good, but I wouldn’t call it terrific. Service was also good, and the employees were quite friendly, but they’re not the best at packing the to-go bags. We ordered ahead online through the Hardee’s app, and when I arrived to pick it up, I discovered they had shoved every item into one bag, effectively squashing every single burger/sandwich and making a mess inside the wrappers. Aside from this one issue, the employees were fine. The atmosphere at this location was fine, but I wouldn’t consider it award worthy. There weren’t any other customers inside the dining area, but considering my visit occurred at 8:30PM on a Sunday evening, I don’t put much stock in that indicator. Typically the cleanliness of the restrooms is a major indicator for how clean the rest of the facility is, but I didn’t have the time to check the facilities during this visit. However, the restaurant did appear to be very clean and well laid out. The kitchen area, that of which I was able to visually observe anyway, also appeared to be clean and well organized. However, the ordering counter was a bit cluttered with numerous paper advertisements and whatnot attached to the counter with push pins and tape. All in all, I’d say this location is worthy of a four-star review, but will definitely not be winning any awards in the...
Read moreDrove through the drive-thru and ordered a Western Burger with ketchup only Combo meal, a Frisco Thickburger combo meal, and a hand breaded chicken sandwich.
Once ordering, even though there was no one eating inside, and just a few people in the Drive-Thru, they asked me to pull over into a waiting line, which consisted of about three vehicles before me.
I waited about 10 minutes in this line, they came out and brought a bag with my meals in it. The gal apologized for the wait. I drove away and it was about a mile from the restaurant, and decided to look in the bag to make sure I got what I had ordered.
The first sandwich was the hand breaded chicken sandwich, with a large bun, tiny little pieces of chicken + a few pickles. Definitely not worth $2.99, they charge for it. Also, was looking for the western burger with no ketchup, and did not find it in the bag. Instead, found two Frisco Thick Burger sandwiches instead. I drove back to the restaurant, went inside, and told them the mix-up about the missing sandwich. They found it still on the to go rack. They apologized and said to keep the extra Frisco Thick Burger. I didn't even tell them about the chincy Chicken sandwich.
The slowness & the mix-up probably was due to being understaffed, which so many restaurants are dealing...
